All of our pieces are custom made, with a turnaround time of approximately 10 days. Once your order is complete, it will be shiped via USPS or FedEx to your requested destination. We will provide the tracking number and expected delivery date as soon as the infomration is available.

We will contact you when your item is ready for pick-up in the store of your choice. The item will be held behind the register with your name on it. Depending on your order, you can choose to pay online or directly at the store when picking-up.

We are a small family business, that puts a lot of time and love into each piece that we make. We stand by our promise of creating high quality goods, and will offer an exchange or a refund for any merchandise that arrives broken, defective, or that does not meet the design brief agreed upon with the customer. 

However, due to the nature of our products, which are all custom made to order, we cannot accept returns for custom orders that do not meet this criteria. We are always happy to discuss return, exchange and refund questions with our customers directly.
